The UGR is a public university. Accordingly, we provide affordable, high-quality education at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
First-time enrolment fees
One ECTS credit currently costs €12.62 (for first-time enrolments only). Given that most bachelor’s degrees at the UGR consist of 60 ECTS credits per year — depending on the course you choose — current undergraduate fees amount to approximately €758 per year.*
An additional administrative fee of €59.10 is charged to open your academic record. This fee is only charged once — in your first year of study.

What happens if you do not pass a course?
The rate of €12.62 is only applicable to first-time enrolments. If you do not pass a course in the designated time frame and need to repeat it in a subsequent year, you will be charged at a higher rate. The table in the link below indicates the ECTS rate for each knowledge area and the corresponding enrolment stage (1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time etc).
