An Agilent 1200 LC capillary system coupled with a Jasco fluorescence detector micro21FP-01 with measuring wavelength range 220-700 nm for both Ex and Em and cell volume of 9 nL. Flow rates from 1 µL/min up to 100 µL/min can be achieved, with full gradient capability for capillary LC and up to 2.5 mL/min in normal mode. An Agilent 1200 Series thermostated column compartment is included.
