The HPLC system consists of a quaternary high pressure pump (model PU-2089 Jasco) coupled to a multichannel UV-Vis detector (Model UV-2077 Jasco) and a CL detector (Model CL-1525 Jasco). A Rheodyne 7725i manual injection valve and PEEK and stainless steel tubing and connections are also used in the system. For the postcolumn CL reaction two high pressure pumps (Model PU-2085 and PU-2080 Jasco) are used to deliver the reagents. Stainless steel tubing and connections are also used.
