Request a deferred assessment session due to Covid-19

Scenario 1

  • You have tested positive for Covid-19 and are in self-isolation during the period in which the final exam(s) are set to take place.

Scenario 2

  • You have COVID-19 symptoms.

How to request a deferred assessment session due to Covid-19

1. REPORT YOUR SITUATION

You must report your situation to the Health and Risk Prevention Service (SPRL) of the UGR. You can do so via this link: sl.ugr.es/comunicarcovid

2. ATTACH ONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS TO YOUR REQUEST FOR DEFERRED ASSESSMENT:

► Report from the Health and Risk Prevention Service (SPRL) of the UGR

► Report on the result of a SARS-CoV-2 virus test (PCR or antigen test)

► If you do not have either of these documents, you must attach a declaration of responsibility indicating the situation that justifies the deferred assessment session due to Covid-19, using the standard form.

Download the form here: sl.ugr.es/modelodesolicitud

The supporting documents must be sent to the department director (or departments in the case of courses delivered by several departments) or to the programme coordinator in the case of master's degrees, prior to the deferred assessment session.

If the symptoms associated with COVID-19 occur in the hours just before the exam, the form and supporting documents must be sent within 5 working days after the exam/assessment session.

And remember...

The request for the deferred assessment session due to Covid-19 extenuating circumstances must be submitted via the UGR e-Administration Platformsl.ugr.es/evaluacionporincidencias
