Evidencia científica sobre la conducta suicida en la infancia y adolescencia: Factores de riesgo. Una mirada desde la prevención escolar

Resumen
Las conductas suicidas en la infancia y adolescencia son problemáticas alarmantes que requieren intervención efectiva y preventiva basada en evidencia científica. Para abordar la temática, se realizó un estudio combinado con enfoque bibliométrico y análisis de contenido de 249 artículos de la base de datos Scopus. Se identificaron diferentes categorías de análisis, como la incidencia y prevalencia de la conducta suicida en niños y adolescentes, los factores de riesgo asociados, la formación de los agentes educativos y las características de los programas implementados recientemente. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron cuantificar la literatura científica existente sobre el tema y ofrecer una interpretación más profunda de la problemática. En conclusión, los datos y análisis presentados en este estudio respaldan la necesidad de implementar programas psicoeducativos preventivos basados en la evidencia científica para abordar la ideación y la conducta suicida en la infancia y la adolescencia. Solo a través de un enfoque interdisciplinario y una comprensión completa de los factores de riesgo involucrados, se podrá brindar un apoyo efectivo y salvaguardar la salud y el bienestar de los jóvenes, así como de su entorno cercano.
