Publication

All accepted papers will be published in a volume of the Ambient Intelligence and Smart Environments Series (ISI indexed) of IOS Press and electronically available through ACM Digital Library.

Selected papers from this workshop will be considered for publication in a special number of a journal which is under negotiation.

Submission Details

Papers will undergo a rigorous review process. Experts in the field will be reviewed each paper and as a result only high quality submissions will be selected for presentation during the event.

All submissions must adhere to the IOS Press format with a length of at least 6 but no more than 12 pages. Papers should be submitted through the CMT site for this workshop.

Papers must be submitted in ZIP file that includes source files and PDF format. Confidentiality of submissions is maintained during the review process. After acceptance, a final, revised camera-ready version of the paper will be required in electronic form to go in the proceedings. Final camera-ready versions of accepted papers must be accompanied by a signed copyright form.

Attendance

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the workshop to present the paper. Places for attendance will be awarded with preference to those that have a paper accepted in the event.

Those wishing to attend the workshop without presenting a paper are invited to send to jc.augusto 'at' ulster.ac.uk a brief statement of interest and a description of their background and motivations in this area. We cannot guarantee a place in the event for those not sending this request for participation.
