Engineer, Graduated in Information Systems from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of the Catholic University of Nicaragua (UNICA), August 2000, received Distinction of High Honor and Silver Medal for Academic Record. In March 2001 he obtained a postgraduate degree in Information Technology and Computing, as part of the Master's studies in Computer Networks from the University of Engineering of Nicaragua (UNI).

The "Municipal Information System (SIM)" is the platform through which all actions, services, receipts, etc. offered by the Granada City Council are carried out. The objective of the work was to create a module for SIM users in the area of Employment. Using the tools with which the SIM is managed and developed. Tools such as Perl and NATURAL languages, the ADABAS Database and Web development tools such as PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS. The module had to be presented in a user-friendly way, like a graphical user interface (GUI), present and print reports and documents related to job searches, CVs, etc. In addition to preparing the final documentation of the work and developing the reports necessary for the development of the module.
