The Private International Law Department of the Faculty of Law of the University of Granada offers legal advice services to profesionals, firms and lawyersoffices. These services are organized through the OTRI and the Fundacin Empresa-Universidad de Granada according to articles 41.2 g) and 83.1 of the Spanish Organic Law n 6 of 21 december 2001 on Universities.

The daily legal practice in the drafting of international contracts or documents and in the international disputes resolution implies complex problems due to the great number of legal rules that can be applied. Solving these questions suppose a great effort for those lawyers not specialized in such subjects. The specialization of our members makes it possible to provide a fast, efficient and unexpensive legal advice on these questions through the transmision of the result of our researchs.
