Introduction

Roberto Palma

Roberto Palma was born in Granada and received his Physics BSc (2005), MSc (2006) and PhD (2012) by the University of Granada (Spain).

He obtained a research grant to develop his postgraduate studies at the Department of Structural Mechanics and Hydraulic Engineering of the University of Granada. From September 2010 to December 2012, he joined to the Universitat Politécnica de Valencia at Valencia (Spain) as a posdoctoral fellow. From January 2013 to August 2019 he was assistant lecturer in the Universitat Jaume I at Castellón (Spain).

Since September 2019, he is Associate Professor in the University of Granada and he is member of the Mecánica de Sólidos y Estructuras (MECSOL) research group.
