Registration instructions
Participation as a speaker is by invitation only, see item 1 below. Apart from this, the workshop will be also open to a limited number of young researchers and PhD students interested in the topic, see item 2 below.
1. Registration by invitation
Each funding agency of the countries participating in the EUYAM workshop series (see list below) should nominate 4-5 possible young invited speakers, elected by the scientific committee of their own funding agencies. Here by young it is meant less than 10 years after PhD. The Scientific Committee will confirm the participation of the proposed list for each country and, eventually, will make the final decision about the invited participants.
Each funding agency should provide support for invited speakers from their own country. A conference fee of 300€ will be established to cover accommodation and refreshments during the conference. Travel expenses should be claimed directly from participants. Young researchers selected by the funding agencies of countries other than Spain will not be covered by i-MATH, except those non-Spanish participants who are not provided with funding from their local institutions. In this case, i-MATH will set up a selection procedure for possible participation grants.
Young researchers from countries with funding agency participating in the EUYAM workshop series, interested in attending the workshop, are encouraged to contact the corresponding responsible of this funding agency, see list below.

A limited number of participations of young researchers and PhD students not in the case 1 is available (recall that talks are intended to be given only by invited participants).
