Welcome to the web page of Antonio M. Peralta

I am currently working as Full Professor at the Department of Mathematical Analysis at the University of Granada.

You can find me at office no. 4 in the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Faculty of Sciences. My e-mail address is aperalta_hat_ugr.es and the phone of my office is 958-242996.

This page contains a brief description of the highlights aspects of my teaching and research. In the teaching link you can find relations of exercises, lecture notes, teaching guides and materials of this course, as well as exercise tests and relationships from previous years.

Current research lines: Functional Analysis: C*-algebras, von Neumann algebras, JB*-algebras, JB*-triples and operators theory, Geometric properties of isomorphic and isometric type in Banach space theory, extension of isometries, Tingley's problem, Mazur-Ulam property (more information in the Research link).

En la actualidad trabajo como Catedrático de Universidad en el Departamento de Análisis Matemático de la Universidad de Granada.

Esta página contiene una breve descripción de los aspectos más destacados de mi actividad docente e investigadora. En el apartado de docencia se pueden encontrar relaciones de ejercicios, apuntes, guías y materiales docentes del presente curso, así como exámenes y relaciones de ejercicios de años anteriores.

Líneas de investigación actuales: Análisis Funcional: C*-algebras, álgebras de von Neumann, JB*-algebras, JB*-triples y teoría de Operadores, Propiedades geométricas de tipo isomorfo e isométrico en espacios de Banach (más información en el apartado Investigación).
