The conference continues a series of previous conferences held in Alghero (1992), Como (1996), Camerino (2004) and Garmisch-Partenkirchen (2008). It is the intention of these meetings to attract scientists with an interest in the field of metal-nitrogen ligand chemistry from Europe and abroad. In particular the participation of young scientists is encouraged.
As compared to the previous conference held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the scope of the 2011 conference has been extended by explicitly mentioning additional topics in the subtitle of the conference. Thus, the scientific program will consist of modern advances in the fields of coordination chemistry, metal-organic chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, materials and homo and heterogeneous catalysis of systems containing nitrogen ligands.
The conference will comprise plenary and session lectures as well as poster sessions. A number of oral presentations will be selected from the submitted contributions. The organising commitee is proud to welcome you in Granada and hope that you enjoy the scientific program and wishes you all the success in the presentation of your research work.
