Nowadays Daniel Niclot takes part in a research project about the “Interdisciplinary practice in primary and secondary teachers” in the University of Reims. Among other activities, he has written a great deal of articles focused on teaching the subject of geography; he has also been Visiting Professor in the University of Tunisia in a Master of Methods of Teaching Disciplines since 2002.

With a Ph.D. in Sociology since 1997, she has been lecturer at the University of Reims since 1998. She has cooperated with several books published in the question of the careers, the management of the skills, professionalism, writes several articles on the equality of opportunity to the university, mobility. She lead a research program on the skills HQSE in industry and Development of a software innovating for the evaluation of the skills HQSE.

Danielle has worked as university professor since 1997. Her most recent research project is ETICA Education, Travail, Identité en Champagne Ardenne. She has written articles on the professional identities of researchers and their competences and professionalism. Finally, she has been member elected of the Conseil Scientifique de l’Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne.

With a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences since 2006, he has been lecturer at the University of Reims since 2007. He is working on professional identity in the fields of education and training. He is responsible for the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the IUFM de Champagne Ardenne. He lead with Emmanuelle L. a research program on the skills HQSE in industry and Development of a software innovating for the evaluation of the skills HQSE.
