  The Erasmus Mundus Mundusfor Students with Scholarship for the next Fourth Edition and on will have a new company to carry out its Medical Insurance with a program name "Student Insurance Programme (SIP)". This company is MARSH

  The Erasmus Mundus Mundusfor Students are invited to participate as researchers with the presentation of poster in the event "First Conference of Foreign Researchers" that will take place on the week of "Orientation and Integration Seminar": September 27, 2010 until October 1, 2010.

  The period for the Telematics Application for both students EUROPEAN AND NON-EUROPEAN, have been situate between June 15, 2010 until September 1, 2010.

  The european students can apply for the awards granted by the consortium that gives registration fees free for those students with the best academic records. For this, the students have to present their application form and a copy of their academic records.

  There are economic aids for students without Erasmus Mundus scholarships:
  • The Spanish Ministry of education grants aids to cover the mobility of the students.
  • All the universities of the consortium grant Erasmus aids.
  • The Spanish international Cooperation Agency grants aids for non European students.
  • The Spanish government grants scholarships (to cover fees) for unemployed professionals.
  The orientation and integration seminar MUNDUSFOR 2010 for the students of the third edition 2009-2011, is going to be held in the University of Granada from the 28st of September till the 1st of October 2010. Within the framework of this seminar the final thesis Master of the students of the second edition 2008-2010 are going to be defended.

Erasmus Mundus Mundusfor

Mundusfor will provide the tools and competencies necessary for the education of professionals involved with teaching in educational institutions, in enterprises, and in community development agencies and associations.

The Master Degree intends to provide the acquisition of several competencies that will enable the student to: reflect over education and its diverse dimensions in Europe and in the world; have an attitude toward research aimed at the improvement of professional practice; manage and lead educational services and programmes; design, implement and evaluate intervention strategies in the education of professional educators; be a proficient mentor in consultancy in different areas of education of professionals.

Programme

The master degree programme is organised in two years and 120 ECTS, which are distributed in 4 semestres. It consists of modules distributed under the following titles:
  • The context of education and professions.
  • Evaluation for improvements in education.
  • Management of education.
  • Guidance and counselling.
  • Innovation.
  • Thesis: Research on professional practice.
  • Seminar for academic and social integration of students and academic staff.
In the 1st semester, identical modules will be taught in the five Universities, in full and partial attendance to the meetings, and also in the form of distance teaching. At the end of the semester, a similar for orientation and integration of Master degree students will be organized by all the Universities.

Admission Criteria

The Master Degree offers a university training of excellence aimed at graduates coming from different disciplines, who are willing to start a professional career in the field of education of prefessional in education within diferent contexts, as well as student of a degree with pedagogical academic contents, such as Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy (Education Phychology), Teaching, Social Education and others. The Master Degree is also targeted at professionals from various disciplines working as trainers of professionals in the fields of Law, Economics, Medicine, Engeneering, etc.

The students interested in applying must hold a degree in higher education, equivalent to 180 ETCS.

The students will have to be a proficient ina least two languages (TOEFL or similar certificates required), depending on the chosen path of mobility and/or selected specialisation. The admission criteria are based on a combination of academic records, prefessional experience, professional motivation and social competencies.


Languages

Two languages are required: one from the university where the students starts th programme to take the foundation modules and the other from where the specialization is carried out:
  • Akershus - English
  • Granada and Tarragona - Spanish
  • Porto - Portuguese
  • Reims - French

Tuition Fees and Scholarships

Mundusfor Master fees are for European students: 2,400 € per academic year. And for non European students: 4,800 € per academic year.

Student for Thirth Country and European Country can apply for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship depending of differents rules of acceptance classified in Category A an Category B.

European students and non European students can apply to be granted a place to take the master course without an ERASMUS MUNDUS Scholarship.

Mundusfor Master grant access and gives registration fees free for those European student with the best academic records and without Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. Also, European students can apply for a scholarship at the University in witch they start the study programme.
