	abstract = {This piece of research is entitled Compared Analysis of the Practical Formation in the University System as a Basis for Evaluation and Improvement. We are lucky to have been able to develop it thanks to a grant of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. The university is put under great pressure since it is demanded to prepare good professionals in a short period of time. In that process, we understand that the Practicum is a strategic element in which converge university formation and the world of work. For this reason, here we aim for its improvement, by analysing various matters. We had two objectives: to compare the different Practicum Programs that are applied in the Spanish universities; later on, to reflect on our own reality in the university of Granada. This research, rather than directed to improve a specific system of practices, tries to offer instruments and general procedures of applicability in any university. The tools of data collection in the first stage were the “Institutional Documents”. They are the Practicum Programs from all the Spanish universities. In the second phase, the methodology was supported mainly by the organisation of a “Research Seminar” that promoted different “Focus Groups”. Actions and suggestions were analyzed and evaluated through “Technical Documents”. The “Recordings” picked up reflective dynamics. We distinguished two types of samples. On the one hand, the “compared study”; and on the other, the “case study” in the University of Granada. For the first, we had eighteen universities. The second consisted of all the agents who take part in the practical formation. The selection of the sample is based upon the criteria. We display the results articulated around the aims of the investigation: Derivatives of the Compared Study, we show the situation of the Practicum in the Spanish University.},
