*  My name is Juan Antonio Morente Chiquero.

     *  I was born in Porcuna (Jaén), Spain, in 1955, at the corner between Albercón and Alharilla streets.

     *  I was a student at the “Universidad Laboral de Córdoba” from 1970 to 1975.

     *  I received the “Licenciado” and “Doctor” degrees in Physics from the University of Granada, Spain, in 1980 and 1985, respectively.

*  I am presently “Catedrático” (Professor) in the Department of Applied Physics at the University of Granada.

*  My main fields of interest and research activities deal with:

           Electromagnetics and Acoustics.

           Numerical and computational simulation of physical systems.       

           Transmission-Line Modelling (TLM) method.

           Schumann resonances and planetary atmospheres.

           Metamaterials.
