Juan Manuel Górriz received the B.Sc. degree in physics and electronic engineering from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, and the Ph.D. degree from the Universities of Cádiz and Granada, Spain, in 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2006, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Signal Theory, Networking, and Communications at the University of Granada. He has coauthored more than 200 technical journals and conference papers in these areas and has served as Editor in Chief for the Open Acoustics Journal, Bentham, since 2007. His present interests lie in the field of statistical signal processing and its application to speech and image processing. |
