M.J. García Encinas

Interests: I am full time professor in Philosophy at the University of Granada, in Spain. My main research interests are in Metaphysics: causation, laws, properties, identity, and personal identity, but I also enjoy studying the history of philosophy, especially medieval philosophy. I am a trope theorist, a singularist concerning causation, and I try to defend a sort of narrative approach to personal identity. However, what I enjoy most is being with my family and reading 19th century novels under a river bridge in a very hot summer --no point trying.
