The Peter Häberle Research Center on Constitutional Law was founded by the University of Granada and the Peter Häberle Foundation. The center is located in the University of Granada Law School in the San Pablo Building, Plaza de la Universidad, Granada. The Center has the University’s Peter Häberle Library which contains, among other resources, all the written works published in several languages by Professor Häberle, who has been awarded “Honoris Causa” Doctor by the University of Granada and many other universities around the world.

The center is directed by the Peter Häberle Foundation and it is supported by correspondents from the Foundation in Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Peru and Mexico. Additionally, the Foundation relies on a broad network of collaborators from all over the world who contribute to the implementation of activities and the management of the Center’s Webpage, specifically in the translation of languages.

The Research Center provides a space for visiting scholars to work in Public Law and European Constitutional Law, and it offers all necessary resources related to the research in those fields. All interested applicants should contact: Francisco Balaguer Callejón, President of the Peter Häberle Foundation (balaguer@ugr.es) or Miguel Azpitarte Sánchez, Secretary of the Peter Häberle Foundation (mazpitar@ugr.es).
