RESUMEN

Las Relaciones Topográficas mandadas elaborar por Felipe II, han servido de punto de partida para estudiar los hospitales y la asistencia hospitalaria en la provincia de Guadalajara durante el S. XVI.
El trabajo se ha completado con el estudio de otras fuentes que contenían datos relativos a dicha materia.

ABSTRACT

The plan to devise the Topographic Relations ordered by Felipe II has been the starting point to study the hospitals and their medical care in the province of Guadalajara in the 16th century. This work was completed by the study of other sources that contained data relating to the same subject.
