RESUMEN El presente trabajo permitió avanzar en el conocimiento de la intensidad de la mancha amarga y su relación con el contenido nutricional, detectándose desbalance nutricional con Ca, Ca/B y Ca/Mg, y un desbalance fisiológico con N, NO3, B, N/Ca, K/Ca, K+Mg/Ca, NO3/Ca y P/Ca, los cuales provocaron un efecto de dilución del Ca como consecuencia del crecimiento del fruto, aunado a las condiciones de ambientales prevalecientes durante el desarrollo del mismo que afectaron la translocación del calcio hacia el fruto manifestándose éste desorden con mayor intensidad en postcosecha. Palabras clave: Manzano. Mancha amarga. Nutriente. ABSTRACT The present work advances knowledge of the intensity of bitter pit and its relationship with the nutritional content. A nutritional imbalance was detected with respect to Ca, Ca/B and Ca/Mg, as well as a physiological imbalance with regard to N, NO3, B, N/Ca, K/Ca, K+Mg/Ca, NO3/Ca and P/Ca. These imbalances dilute the effect of Ca by favouring greater fruit growth, aided by the prevailing environmental conditions which affected the translocation of calcium towards the fruit during the development. This disorder appears with greater intensity after the harvest. Key words: Apple. Bitter pit. Nutrient. |
