| Abstract |
This article puts the climate
crisis into context and after considering its confluence with the energy
constraints and the financial-economic crisis of 2008. It analyses
different approaches for a more ambitious agreement on climate change
for the Copenhagen Conference (COP15) that will be held on December
2009. Finally, it explores institutional alternatives for meeting these
targets. |
