Undergraduate Degree in Finance and Accounting

Finance and accounting are two closely related fields that deal with how to manage money, assets and liabilities efficiently. Both fields have their foundations in economics, and are essential for ensuring that finances are managed effectively, allowing businesses and individuals to thrive in both prosperous and uncertain times.

We offer training in both practical and theoretical aspects, as we strive to prepare competent professionals who are able to manage and advise in financial and accounting matters in the public and private sector. Our degree enables students to develop their career in a great number of areas, such as investment analysis and management, banking, auditing, consulting, and financial management.

Thanks to our highly qualified and experienced teaching staff, our graduates acquire all the skills and tools required to excel professionally in this field. Furthermore, the Business and Economics Faculty is one of the largest in Granada, and possesses a wealth of resources to aid students in their training.

This four-year Degree has three learning stages: basic subjects, core subjects and elective subjects. These include contents in areas such as mathematics, marketing, finance, economic policies, economics, accounting, management, and stock market analysis.

Our graduates are ready to face all the challenges of this highly competitive and professional job market and enjoy a great variety of employment options. They can become auditors, specialists in banks and insurance companies, managers and administrators of financial companies and consultants, either in the public or the private sector.
