Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Law (5 years, 380 ECTS) Joint degree

Business administration professionals must control and successfully develop many different parts of a business to make it worthwhile. The legal aspects of managing a company are not only complex, but vital for the company. To satisfy this need in the labour market, the University of Granada has created a Double Degree in Business Administration, Management and Law, by means of which our students can become experts not only in managing different businesses, but also control all the legal aspects related to the company, ensuring that it is managed effectively.

Upon completion of this degree, our graduates not only have all the basic knowledge necessary to become business managers in the professional market, but also have a thorough understanding of the legal processes underlying companies and businesses, which allows them to excel in this field.

Students on this Double Degree not only have all the resources from the Faculty of Business and Economics at their disposal, but also all the resources from the prestigious Faculty of Law at the University of Granada. Furthermore, they are taught by the outstanding teachers found at both faculties.

This five year-degree is comprised of three learning stages: basic, core and elective subjects. The subjects include contents in fields such as mathematics, Roman law, history of law, politics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, human rights, commerce, criminal law, accounting, and management strategies.

As our graduates have two degrees, their job prospects are doubled: they can become competent business managers, with thorough knowledge of the legal aspects involved in managing a company or an organisation in the public sector. They can also become lawyers, as they acquire additional knowledge in all the legislation concerning business and commerce. All of the other career opportunities on offer to business administration or law students are also on offer to students on course.

Business administration and law are two sides of the same coin. Businesses cannot work properly without the appropriate legal framework, and knowing how that framework works gives a great advantage to business managers.
