UGR CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS

 - On departure, Socrates/Erasmus students need to ask for their final ERASMUS CERTIFICATE (‘certificado final de estancia’) at the University of Granada Central International Office (O.R.I). Please remember it will not be sent by postal service.

 - Course assessment will be sent to their home address by the Faculty of Humanities International Office. It is very important you write your home address clearly on the envelope provided (please, do not forget to write your city and country).

- Please remember that The Faculty of Humanities' policy implies that no academic certificate/ course assesment  will be sent unless all books on loan are back to the Libraruy before departure. The person's name on the library card is the only responsible for the library material on loan.

 -If a student wants his course assessment to be sent to an address other than his/her home address (to his adviser’s or home university) just write down the chosen address on the in the section/envelope reserved for this purpose.

 - Please, do remember that Spanish lecturers at not entitled to issue mark certificates or certificates of assistance. For any academic certification you may need, you should address the Faculty’s International Relations Office.
